Printable Toolkit

Our printable toolkit is free, a plain-language resource meant for people currently in jail or prison who can't access this website. It contains information on the legal process, legal  options, as well as resources for prisoners and their support systems.

Toolkit Versions

The toolkits have been formatted into multiple versions for accessibility. Information contained within them has been reviewed by a legal team for accuracy as of the date of release (April 2024).

13-point sans-serif (Arial) text with headings, subheadings, an index & glossary of terms. Black text on white page.

12-point sans-serif (Arial) text that is double-line spaced with headings, subheadings, an index & glossary of terms. Black text on white page.

16-point sans-serif (Arial) text with headings, subheadings, an index & glossary of terms. Black text on white page. Largerr, separate diagrams are included.

This toolkit version has been prepared for braille embossing by adapting graphics to text and ensuring headings and text are compliant with embossing recommendations for the Duxbury Braille Translator & printing services. If you need further assistance with translation or embossing, please contact us!

A zip file of every toolkit version we offer. Great for frontline workers and prisoner abolitionists to have on hand, or if you'd like ot host the files on your own site.
